Com o crescimento exponencial das corridas de rua no Brasil, o ecossistema saturou-se de propostas id\u00eanticas baseadas puramente no envio de planilhas de treino.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este projeto de aplica\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00e1tica \u2014 desenvolvido para a conclus\u00e3o da p\u00f3s-gradua\u00e7\u00e3o em Neurobranding e Neuromarketing pela PUC, e <strong>aprovado com Nota M\u00e1xima (10.0)<\/strong> \u2014 quebra essa barreira. Atrav\u00e9s da mem\u00f3ria olfativa (sistema l\u00edmbico), a marca passa a ativar gatilhos imediatos de foco, energia e acolhimento no atleta.<\/p>\n<p><strong>B) Programa Ribeiro Squad:<\/strong> Reestrutura\u00e7\u00e3o da r\u00e9gua de relacionamento e cria\u00e7\u00e3o de uma comunidade de elite para os assinantes. A\u00e7\u00f5es t\u00e1ticas focadas em pertencimento, exclusividade e rituais de valida\u00e7\u00e3o de performance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>C) Cultura de Opera\u00e7\u00e3o (Ribeiro Crew):<\/strong> Cria\u00e7\u00e3o das diretrizes de <em>Brandcare<\/em> para o staff. O foco operacional mudou: o staff deixa de ser apenas suporte t\u00e9cnico e passa a ser o garantidor da experi\u00eancia.
